To the Internet Home Page of the 1969 Road Runner!

This website is the online resource and chat forum for sharing and caring about our beloved classic. This group is established for enthusiasts of the 1969 Plymouth Road Runner and is open to anyone with a true interest in these cars... owners or those dreaming about owning. The idea is to share information, learn, have fun and promote the hobby in general. By that, I mean you should always encourage your friends to buy a Chevy. That leaves mo-parts for us and gives us mo-people to beat at the track!

Launched in October 2005 as the second generation of a yahoo! group, we are still a new website. I hope to have this page evolve into something more than just another page full of pictures. In my experience, those websites are boring for all and soon lose the participation of members. With that in mind, I will be developing this site into the true group page, club page or whatever you want to call it. I have chosen a platform that will allow folks to make postings, personal pages, user groups etc. and it will be based on feedback from visitors. I want to make this your internet home regarding your bird. As a group we all have experiences, sources and knowledge that can be helpful to someone else. It is the free exchange of that information that makes a webpage, club or forum a fun and informative place visit. That is what we are all about here at 69roadrunner.org. Not an original idea, but still a good one.
